Our Policy

We have a variety of equipment available to suit different locations, settings and occasion. All our events are tailored to the event and occasion. Our quotation policy is to list and charge for each item separately - so you are always in control of the cost and have the ability to change amounts or volumes as required. All products are cooked fresh on the day of your event. PREMIER CATERING does not stock, refrigerate or freeze any cooked products.
